If there are standard questions you may receive don’t just reply with the answers. Reply with the experience you have, even if you were not responsible for particular task but one of your team member. It will give the perfect impression that you may not have been involved in the project but you were on top of it and understood the business.

Instead of learning from mistakes and going step by step to accomplish something, find a person that will crack the issue you might be facing. Focus on things you are good at rather than learning everything with 10% attitude and focus!

Having your gut, assumptions based on your feelings is great as long as you are not twisting it into your educated gained experience. That put the whole project and team on a high risk of not delivering the project - what could cause additional cost for business. Once you are aware of a potential crisis or conflict - focus on solutions that will enhance the team to start working together towards goal. You may not like each other, no one is going to force your to live together - however the team should be always motivated to take responsibility for the project, its deadline. They have been assigned to eat and they are going to win on it at every single level.

Whatever you are dealing with or trying to achieve always you have to find the purpose, the goal. Every conflict can become really dangerous if the team members / collaborates of the project either do not see the goal or the purpose. Emphasize the maturaity of the group, focus on the goal - and elaborate onto members how crucial it is if they are falling apart. Defining the source will help you to avoid such situations in the future but you have to look after the project first to make sure it will be delivered.
